The price list of intermediary commissions for mediation during the purchase, sale, exchange, lease, and rental of real estate is in accordance with Art. 27 and 28 of the Act on mediation in real estate transactions.

The commission for the purchase and sale of real estate is 3-5% of the purchase price, but not less than 1,000.00 Euros.

It is charged from the seller and the buyer, as a percentage of the total amount of the purchase price, plus VAT.

Commission for rent and lease is charged from lessor and lessee and/or lessor and lessee in the amount of one regular average monthly rent plus VAT, but not less than EUR 1,000.00 plus VAT.

The commission for the exchange of real estate is 3-5% of the market value of the real estate, but not less than 1,000.00 Euros. The amount of the commission is charged from each party that participates in the exchange of real estate, as a percentage of the amount of the market value of the real estate that the party acquired through the exchange, all increased by the amount of VAT.

Eight Rings d.o.o. that is, the MeDom agency that operates as part of the aforementioned trading company signs a Mediation Agreement with each client with a viewing record, depending on the agreed service, with defined conditions, rights and obligations of the agency and the client.

The amount of the commission is paid by the first principal (seller, lessor, lessor) for the first action taken (e.g. conclusion of a preliminary contract, etc.). The amount of the commission is paid by the second principal (buyer, lessee, lessee) upon conclusion of the final contract.
